High potential remuneration offered to compensate for unorthodox expectations.

Cons

Almost non-existent ethics with poor treatment of staff by executives in the business. Deliberate misleading of clients and highly unprofessional handling of employee issues.

Advice to Senior Management

Honesty and integrity go along way towards staff engagement.
