    Pros

    Paid on time; sometimes before payday if you have direct deposit.

    Cons

    Not enough training time or hands on training to prepare the employee for customer interaction. Employees don't know where to start or what to do.

    Give your employees MORE training time and more hands on training.

    I have been working at TeleTech part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Work from home - no Gas $ spent - No new cloths to buy

    Cons

    Twice I have worked for this company. Both times - Training insufficient - worse the second time. Pay scale low $8.50 to start. Hours not chosen - You work the hours & days they give you. Not many hours at that 12-20 hours per week. The system issues are bad. Systems not usable & crashes & overloads occur frequently.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Spend more time training - make sure your people are ready before you throw them out there. Put a little investment in - better pay for the workers. Pay attention to the hours the employee needs (not just the standard - this is what we do) (Sundays off for CHURCH is important to people). You need to start over & be more employee friendly in all aspects.
