Pros

Good people, work hard, nice PTO

Cons

Too much email and CYA. Too much justification for performance and work.

    TeleTech customer service representative experience thru the training phase. I would have rather worked in HR.

    I worked at TeleTech full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    The hour combinations offered accommodates all employees needs. The trainers I had were great teachers.

    Cons

    Pushed for number of call per hour, not proper handling of valued customers. Some people need you to take your time so they understand and don't feel rushed. The customers appreciate and remember when they are properly cared for. That's why I left TeleTech. I didn't feel I'd ever be fast enough for them on my calls.

    They did a great job motivating the reps. Nicely done!

    I have been working at TeleTech full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    On-site cafeteria is convenient, though it could be cheaper.

    Medical benefits include a Health Spending Account to help pay for out-of-pocket expenses

    Cons

    Management is NOT shy about cutting your work hours at the slowest time of the year (pre-Black Friday).

    Every detail of your work is continuously measured and kept track of. It takes a while to learn it all and get used to it.
