    Pros

Great potential, worldwide company where you can learn lots of things in many fields. The strategy of the company is of the parts more interesting to take part on it

    Cons

Maybe not so many opportunities of career, nowadays the company is passing along a tough period of crisis and the hiring processes are almost inactive

    Advice to Management

    More promotion for new generations

  2. An old company with too man polytics inside

    Pros

stable salary: you know you're going to be paid. Sometimes event 2-3 days before the end of month.
One of the biggest companies in spain (if not the biggest one).

    Cons

    Headcount fixed... and declining.
There are no new hires, unless it's the son/friend/nephew of a high-level executive.

    Advice to Management

"Gerentes" are free to do whatever they want.
Directors and above are playing only office polytics: they don't have any idea about what's going on.
