    Need to be closer to the day to day workings of their teams and understand the stress on the ground.

    I have been working at Telefónica full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Won't be working for them after 1st July. Thought they were a great company to work for up until now. They offered flexible benefits and good work/life balance and I had defended them to all the customers throughout thick and thin

    Cons

    They don't care about their staff or customers. Capita have taken ove all call centre operations and will start looking for any way to save money

    Advice to Management

    Why ruin a good company because you are in debt by outsourcing most of the operations?
