    Pros

The one nice thing about working for Telemundo is that it is part of NBC and Comcast. Most of the hosts of the shows are pleasant to work with.

    Cons

This company does not complete nor follow through with what they promise. Their management are all liars. Everything there is who you know not how hard you work. And the gossip that goes on there...I could tell you everyone's life story... The management thinks they are so far up the ladder that they cannot even say good morning. If a show is cancelled, they just fire everyone. And whats more, they hire freelancers, pay double or triple the price for a service instead of reorganizing the dedicated employees they had...that place is a joke for a company

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, hold on to your good employees...you will eventually be a long and forgotten network if not....
