    Pros

    - some smart and hard working people
    - a good deal of cheap labor

    Cons

    - chaotic release schedule. product marketing pushes features without thinking how much engineering effort it takes.

    - new engineering executie and managers coming in, making the workplace a political mess. kiss ass to keep your job.

    - ceo said don't worry about the sprint contract expiriing and don't worry about the stock price. focus on building a great company. reliance on sprint contract as 35% of revenue is a setup for failure when the contract expires and if they don't renew then tnav is screwed. even if sprint renews, it may be a big impact on revenue. Stock price has tanked from 20 to 6 forcing layoffs and closure of beijing office.

    - don't work here. many better companies in the valley to work for.

    - salary is average.

    Advice to Management

cut the politics. pay employees more. don't just operate by the letter of the law, but be ethical.
