Training was disorganized and incomplete. Drop you onto the phones without being prepared.

WAHA Tech Support (Current Employee)

ProsWorking from home means little to no overhead which can outweigh the low pay. They provide phone equipment.

ConsTraining is totally inadequate. Support during Duit week is severely lacking.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove your training for tech support. Include listening to techs and customers on live calls as part of training.

    Management are often too busy with admin to notice that they have employees, unless targets stop being met
