Provided a good and steady job while I was there.

ProsColleagues are good to work with. In my unit, the the account was stable.

ConsManagers and Directors lack vision and foresight. Experience could have been better if there had been a career path, how to get to next level. as it were, you only got promoted if you sucked up to the boss. if someone left, they gave you additional load but no additional pay.

Advice to Senior ManagementChange management. Keep workforce but with better leadership.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
