Customer Service Agent (Current Employee) Ann Arbor, MI

ProsUnlimited overtime, start date is usually the Monday after your first interview if you pass the technical test, promote quickly.

ConsMultiple pay discrepancies, untimely full pay, unprofessional, associates on the phone tend to disrespect the management, sharing of desks/headsets....to be continued

Advice to Senior ManagementHR - please screen the candidates the way most HR departments in the industry would.
Management - Promote associates into management who not only exceed performance metrics on the job but also have other job experiences to back it up and always display a high sense of professionalism. There are supervisors barely out of high school with minimal work experience and hardly a year worth of on-the-job experience.
