    Pros

New management with potential to be great a cohesive organization. Company has fun meetings and gives employees a chance to win prizes for recognition of their achievements. Offers fair wages to their technicians.

    Cons

Needs to improve on communication. Managers don't relay hires or needs to anyone. A lot of rogue employees which makes it hard to bring people together to unify company. Hours for non management positions are long and hard with no incentives. There are a lot of immigrant employees who speak very little English which makes it hard to relay important benefit or company information.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't work your department as if it were a separate entity. Communication with the human resources department with regards to changes to department.
