Good management nice workplace good trainor

Cons

They dont have lots of account , the biggest account was citibank, wen citibank pulled out
their accout , lots of employee lost a job

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give the benifits to the employee.

    I worked at Teleservices Direct full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

    Great experience in sales, wonderful team environment. Great way to build resume for future career. Lots of fun at work, very loose environment. Lots of great talent from rep to client liason

    Cons

    Low pay on all levels off staff, stagnant growth beyond supervisor role. Low pay, frequent shut down of centers statewide poor advancement opportunities poor work/life balance 0 tolerance policy, limited benefits.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    More pay, pay the representatives more and the quality will increase thus attracting more clients, and increasing performance/production

    The people in the management are very friendly and approachable...most of the people are really friendly and easy to get along with...

    Cons

    undertime...disputes...loud work place...some people are ill mannered...some needs training in communication skills

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Learn to value people by giving them advancement courses to enhance their skills specially for call center virgins...give atleast a month of training to new agents before letting them hit the floor...
