    Pros

    The Only Pro is Tellabs Reserve cash of 1 billion, Technology and Benefits are OK as every other company is offering benefits now a days.

    Cons

    Senior Management, Lack of vision and Road Map, Poor decision Making, not able to meet the dates.
    Senior Management want to complete multiple products with single team in less time and they will not deliver any product because of this.

    Need Vision and Patience
