Salary ok, Incentives are ok.
Cons
[1] Limited Strategy.
[2] HQ sucks in and messes up many of the new Products and Technologies from Acquisitions (over and over again)... Please take a lesson from Cisco or something!
Advice to Senior Management
[1] Need a shake-up from the top down, not bottom up! MJB needs to move on.
[2] Figure out better ways to keep your best and brightest employees...

Sad to tell you that the best and the brightest ones are never meant to be kept.
For the so-called "teamwork", whoever standing out makes others look bad. Thus, had to be let go, so the rest of the "team" can live on their easy lives.
At Tellabs, your hardwork is not welcome, by either your bosses or your coworkers.
IMHO :-(
