    Pros

    The company is great to work for. Management always was available to help. They had different executives come and speak with interns on a weekly basis about the company and their roles.

    Cons

    As an intern I can not think of anything negative to say about this company it was truly a great experience.

    Cutting edge technology, family like culture, great comp & benefits

    Cons

    Management slow to making decisions which led to missing market share, analysis paralysis & constant directional changes. Layoffs every Q which has employees on edge instead of focusing on work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Cut the layers of management & go back to doing business to match the low revenue stream coming through now. You're still operating w a lot of layers & overhead of nice to have employees, processes, tools. Scale back to the days where people wear many hats & do what is needed to get things done. Support R&D in new development of key features that many customers want; not just the customers who scream the loudest.
