Former Employee – worked at Telstra

Pros – Large organisation; fingers in many pies especially around digital and online; massive marketing budgets and not afraid to innovate and experiment.

Cons – Bureaucratic; slow to get things approved and out to market; customer service is atrocious which affects the brand's reputation and ultimately how staff feel about working there.

Advice to Senior Management – Fix the customer service situation and all good things will follow- ie. regain market share in key markets and retain and motivate higher performer staff.
