Encourage more women in technical areas
Allow more local knowledge to drive work
Be more cross-sectional in R&R
Get the HR / careers opportunity process working - it really sux and looks to be a waste of money with employees not advised on interview outcomes.

    Pros

    Insight why their services are so messed up. See how big technology can be done well. e.g. NextG is superior to Germany.

    Cons

    Too outsourced and no possibility of career path. Can't get rid of enough product lines and product specialist personnel fast enough

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Stop out sourcing all your HR problems away. Give people realistic expectations if they come to work in a call centre for you.
