Pros

- Can grow your career in many different directions, lots of options around.
- Work alongside some of the world's leading vendors in the technology front-line.
- Lots of resources.

Cons

- Bureaucratic system which is highly politicised..
- Slow processes, slow paced company.
- Not modern working environment (change under way).
