Pros

- Continuous improvement opportunities
- Job was interesting

Cons

- Too much changes in the management, so processes were being changed as well, sometimes returning to where we started from

    Clear strategic direction of the business
    A growing brand, even after a century!
    Product superiority makes marketing easier than other telcos

    Cons

    Challenging hierarchy at times
    Some departments have limited development opportunities
    Pace is frenetic, constantly with constant increases to targets

    Pros

    Info on latest technology, Market leader in Telecom, Performance bonus annually. Competitive salary.

    Cons

    General perception of being an overpriced brand. If seek pathways to move from Retail to back of house, opportunities appear to be limited, response to internal career application close to 0. Applying back office roles via external website believed to have a better chance.

    Simplify procedures to improve efficiency would be ideal.
