Work is stale, repetitive. Few options for advancement for non-engineers.

Localize communications roles (mostly sourced in Europe).

    I really don´t know yet what is the benefit of working in this company, beside the salary which is very normal one in most of the cases

    Cons

    Another big company where you just have to be very good friend of your bosses, and smash your colleagues and people under... then,... you get success...

    Advice to Management

    I would really think what I have done wrong to become a manager in this company.

    I worked at Telvent as a contractor

    Pros

    Salary is comparable. New computers with big monitors.

    Cons

    No bonus. No process. No work-life balance. Everything has to be done on a "now" basis. It's a no brainer why more people leave this company than that get hired. This is specifically about Telvent at Austin (that used to be Caseta).

    Advice to Management

    Give proper bonus for hard workers. Have a plan for the entire year. Don't put your project deadlines over the holidays. Introduce some process instead of working on "get it done now" basis.
