ConsThe company won't exist in 2012
The disparity between executive management severance and worker severance is a bit large.
But were lucky were getting anything at all.
Layoffs in 2012 (Unless you get picked up by International Paper)
Might have to move to Memphis Tennessee
You see executives on a daily basis. All very nice, including Doyle.

    Overall, a good place to work. But management is very disrespectful towards employees.

    This place has nothing to do with normal work procedures. They are constantly hiring and quickly dismissed employees.

    Pros: The pay and benefits were decent. Cons: Management really does not care to give their emloyees a break " Just work " but don't pass out ! Some of the Supervisiors… Advice to Senior Management: Communicate more with new hiring employees to give the employee a real opporturnity for learning something for one position not just like the main thing… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
