    Pros

All of my supervisors had open door policies and gave me a lot of great guidance. Most everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome right away. There a flexible work hours which promotes a good work-life balance. Pay is very fair and it seems there is a good track for advancement.

    Cons

Training was good but more informal than I would have preferred. There is also a lot of talking behind people's backs, but that probably happens everywhere.
