    Pros

    Was allowed to contribute my work, and opinions. Could work at my own pace and had ample time to finish my work.

    Cons

    It was the same routine everyday, which got boring after a while. I needed some change in my routine to keep me interested.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    I think the working conditions were great and will recommend Temple University to others. Sometimes the work load was a little light.

    Pros

    Excellent Benefits including health, dental, retirement contribution, vision, and tuition remission.
    A great place to work if you are looking to work for the full time and pursue a graduate degree
    Highly social environment vertically and horizontally among administration, students and faculty
    Job Stability for long term
    Build your own supporting network over long term

    Cons

    Very limited career development or advancement
    Promotion based on senority and favortism rather than performance measurement
    Low compensation and yearly raise
    Weak leadership from upper management
    Many small groups of politics and complaints
    Slow paced and low responsiveness
    Weak Teamwork spirit
    Strong resistence to change

    Provide better leadership and communication to team members and promote teamwork spirit ; provide reasonable compensation and raise to keep talents; Recognize performance over senority & favortism
