I worked at Temple University part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

its on-campus so you don't have to waste money on travel. Flexible hours. Had great co-workers. Gained many skills as I interacted with different kinds of people. This location was a hub for getting to know students from different parts of the world and enable me to be in a position to help them navigate the stressful event of finding where to stay and adjusting to new environment.

    Cons

because you are in a customer service department, sometimes you have to deal with rude callers. Some administration issues can be a challenge when things get changed last minute.
