Pros

A company on the verge of major growth and expansion.

Cons

Improvements needed in every department- mostly due to the fact that company is growing so rapidly.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Salaries for territory representatives should be higher to be competitive. Bonuses as well.

    Good product, and some really good people

    Cons

    Arrogance, shortsightedness and integrity of sales, marketing and exec vp leadership. They are driving this bus into a ditch. Only in it for their options. Do not listen or care to hear opinions unless it is in agreement with their thinking ---very arrogant and think because they cashed out they are better

    Quit selling each other hats

    Pros

    "Good" people on the team, laid back atmosphere, family oriented company. Teams work well together in terms of day-to-day interaction.

    Cons

    Employees are not well supported with resources, disorganized processes, leadership is lacking on all levels of management. Communication is an issue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    For a company who prides themselves in innovation, resources are not allocated properly and management is disorganized. The product process needs an overhaul.
