No real career track, compensation lousy, internal training ridiculously bad

Fight for your people who work hard to receive pay that reflects their hard work. Provide better training for your employees who want it, Mentor your direct employees so that they can move up in the company.

    Not as much micromanagement as other companies.
    More like a family than other companies that I have worked for.
    Great benefits.

    Not a lot of upward mobility within the company.

    Pros

    There is no any reason!

    Cons

    -No structure.
    -No vision.
    -No smart people to work with.
    -Managers and high level personnel are so arrogant to hear any of good ideas!
    -They always listen to one side but not the other.
    -People in the upper management works as they work in separate companies, no collaborations!

    -Keep the good people.
    -Keep the people who helped you for so many years.
    -Talk to people from and listen to their advices.
