Pros

Coworkers and some staff are nice and pleasant to work with.

Cons

Very weak management and organization. Extremely affected by office politics. Not quality but connection is the matter of success. Specific people of race and preferred gender are effective to be successful within the organization. CEO/Owner has surrounded himself with friends and old employee which do not have management skills; therefore, it makes it extremely difficult for regular staff to function, improve, and grow up in their career.

Advice to Management

Get rid of favoritism

    Pros

    Tenergy is a great company to catapult your career. The ideal candidate must be driven and goal oriented. There is a wealth of opportunity at this company and those who put in the hard work are rewarded for their efforts. Tenergy is not without problems, but management is continually evaluating strategies to fix them. Management is very good and really know the market/industry. I highly recommend Tenergy to anybody who is looking for a challenge and wants to be successful. The harder you work the more you will enjoy the fruits of your labor. There is plenty of room for growth and opportunities if one desires it. This company is very tight knit and has core family values. The CEO is very good and really values his employees. Tenergy offers very good benefits.

    Cons

    There are stocking issues that sometimes arise. The ideal successful candidate will look for ways to solve them and work around them with the customer base. Those who can do so are highly valued assets to the company.

    Advice to Management

    Keep on making Tenergy better and better. Address any and all issues to assist the sales team and growth opportunities.

    Pros

    Tenergy is a very diverse company in product offering and culture. Lots of opportunity for lateral move and often promotes within. The company has recently made a lot structural and management change which tells me that the upper management is constantly reflecting and evaluating what is the best for this growing company. CEO holds the people of this company very dearly. As long as you show student mentally, great work ethics, the management team will recognize your potential thus compensates you appropriately and the CEO will personally make sure you have the opportunities for personal and career growth. On the other hand, if you show a sense of entitlement without putting in the work, you will receive the exact opposite treatment. Work/life balance is excellent and being overly cautious on some business opportunities actually makes the company stable. I think it’s a great company for people with families.

    Cons

    Like all growing companies in transition, there will be chaos, uncertainty and inconsistencies. The company seems to lack focus on its value to the market thus making selling difficult. Sense of winning and accomplishments are hard to come by. Most departments show incompetency thus making it difficult to get things done for sales, this might be caused by hiring the wrong people for certain positions. The company overall lacks cohesiveness and most departments lack communication skills.

    Advice to Management

    Be more aware of employee morale. Hire more carefully and act quicker once you realize someone is not at the right position. Play more to people’s strength. Hold individual managers to higher standard and be accountable for their teams’ results. All leaders/managers need to be on the same page and work toward one common goal cohesively.
