I worked at Tenet Healthcare

Pros

It was a paycheck and the hours were consistent. 8am-4:30pm

Cons

Unknown future, no one wants to share responsibilities perhaps in fear of being laid-off. You're not paid for holidays unless you're management.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Tell employees what is happening around the hospital instead of letting it spread by "rumors" (always true)
