Pros

Job is not too strenuous. Good, friendly people. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Limited growth potential. Doesn't keep up well with current technology. IT infrastructure could use major improvement.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management could better listen to the needs of the employees to do their jobs.
