“Director lacks leadership does not value skill sets on the team”
Current Employee – been working at Teradata
Pros – Good benefits, friendly staff, nice campus
Cons – Director level lacks experience and therefore does not value technical skill sets. 90/10 management philosophy casts a negative black shadow on employees productivity.
The entire company sits in cubicals
Advice to Senior Management – Understand that people and their skill sets are the sturcture of the company not just ways to promote your own career.
