I worked at Teradata full-time for less than a year

Pros – Great Place to gain insight on how business is done domestically (China) and also abroad (cross border deals).

Even as a intern you have the opportunity to provide input on projects deals.

Cons – When deal flow is slow it really is slow, almost a grinding halt. Deals can take as long as a whole year to get signed and reviewed.

Advice to Senior Management – More transparency is needed between departments, divisions, and teams. Most problems that arise are due to lack of communication.
