Countries seems to have variability in the management style.
Innovation is non-stop.
I love the freedom that I have.

ConsA lot of travel: if you dislike airports and airplanes you're better thiking twice before you apply for a regional role.
Working with organizations across the globe can make the working day very long from time to time.
Working with different countries requires constant adaptation.
