I worked at Teradata as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The most professional company I have seen till now in terms of operations. Selling the best product and at its best threshold.

    Cons

Some areas in the world they actually don't care about their resources that is why a lot nice ones left them. Due to salary issues and non existence of their HR policies in those countries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to retain your people they are your strength.
