Former Employee - Professional Services Consultant in Moscow (Russia)
Former Employee - Professional Services Consultant in Moscow (Russia)

I worked at Teradata full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

if you like competition, individual work, constant race and battle for sales bonuses - this is your place to work at

    Cons

high "dynamics"'= chaos, no rules, bad discipline, bad work atmosphere, professional jealousy, law level of local staff education and work ethics, generally - low quality both workplace and company environment, high technical competences versus extremely low management competences and PM knowledge, difficult national culture, high individualistic culture, misbehavior at work place, large gap between expatriates and locals, extremely high people turnover rates, Not an employer of choice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Teradata Russia does not live the Teradata global (USA) values, Russian branch is not ready to manage business, they are good technicians but business management includes much more

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
