At the lower level, there are a good bunch of people there.
Cons
Senior management pigeonholes everyone, and treats them as cogs.
Advice to Senior Management
People are not replaceable that easily. You can't fire 100 people because you had a slow quarter, and then expect to hire another 100 people later in the year, to do the same job.
You are breaking up good teams.
