Teradata Employee Review

I have been working at Teradata full-time for more than a year

Pros – good company name, good reputation in the industry

Cons – good accounts are reserved for the old NCR employees. New hires get the "new" account territories, small number of accounts, and an unachievable number. Also, as a new rep, if you are about to close an account, it will be taken away and given to a "favorite" employee or just plain taken away so the manager can get sales credit.

Advice to Senior Management – stody old boy network company..need to move into the 21st century

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
