    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

    Pros

Some interesting projects, opportunity to work with one of the leading technical platforms. Teradata certification and educational opportunities are provided.

    Cons

I experienced a very poor middle management here. Very comfortable with an approach "tell a direct lie and then wiggle your way out somehow, or just forget it [and don't pay an employee]".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Introduce more structure into organization, set some employee induction rules.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
