The management is outdated and not suited for the new markets

I have been working at Teradata full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Some of the best technology for BI on the market

    Cons

Stuck in the 70's and 80's way of doing business. Newcomers like Netezza overtakes the market because TD still cant learn how to change from repeated mistakes on growth. If they had better management they could very well be a $4b company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn from the newcomers in the market, shake up the management, do some proper marketing (word of mouth does not work because of the previously stated remarks)

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
