Pros

flexible and family oriented company.
Nice colleagues

Cons

first level management is inexperience in managing staff
rewards and recognition is poor
increment is poor
workload is very heavy and stressful
personal development and growth is poor

Advice to Senior Management

we need more capable managers to lead the people
