Pros

The service technicians have worked there a long time and know what they are doing and how to be successful with their job.

Cons

The amount of work expected for the pay that you receive is pitiful. Basically you are turning your soul over to a company and they will take every ounce of blood and time off, for very very very little pay.

Advice to Senior Management

I would take people off a draw and make it an hourly position. I would also pay the employees mileage and allow them to work better hours.
