Pros – The benefit package is good, and there is potential to make some good money if you are a good seller.
Cons – The slow periods, if you do not measure up and meet the sales metrics, you will be moved to outbound sales/ telemarketing where the service is a much harder sale and not s much money is made.
Advice to Senior Management – Offer more incentives to your sales team, do more celebrating on the floor. After all this is a sales environment.
