“Wonderful until recently”
Former Employee – worked at Terminix full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – The ability to truly help customers, while feeding my family. Friendly environment...in the beginning. Lax environment.
Cons – More work than one technician can handle, if you complain your pay is cut. They promote idiots over quality employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Revamp your promotion practices there are some truly good employees that should be promoted to management and there is a lot that should be fired from management. Regional Managers meddle to much and have no idea what they are talking about they are useless.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
