Pros

Only in office once a week. Use iPads to connect to emails and such while on the road. Create own schedule. Base pay is reasonable.

Cons

Commission is only 5%. Avg sale in Commercial is around $700. No residuals. Constant cold calling. Constant negativity and frustration. No marketing of services.

    Pros

    work truck, training, sometimes pay is good, good group of tech's you work with, consdering they're still there in a year

    Cons

    work/home balance, unrealistic expectations, everything falls on the technician whehter it's the CSR's fault, the manager's fault, the company's fault, or the customer's fault, --- in the company's eyes it's always the technician's fault --- resulting in a negative, uninspired, and non-motivated environment, huge turnover

    Advice to Management

    business degree doesn't = you know what you're doing. profits doesn't = you're operating the best to your ability. common sense = start with encouraging and taking care of the lower level employees who make you millions if not billions every year, because what is it exactly you do again? sit in a chair all day? take flights and take credit for the work we do?

    Pros

    Freedom to set your own work standards. Outside sales.

    Cons

    Favoritism kills any possibility towork here. Pressure every month to perform, some sales people who are there the longest receive leads outside of their territory to ensure their success. As you negotiate the price of service against competitors that are better priced your commission becomes smaller.

    Advice to Management

    Absiolutely none, they are all in on the game. Top down just interested in numbers and keeping "the veterans" in the black.
