I worked at Terralliance

Pros

Incompetent and unproductive employees were equally compensated and protected by upper management. If you happened to be involved on some special projects, your life was grand - if not, it kinda sucked.

Cons

The worker bees definitely weren't appreciated - or compensated like the bloated salary and benefit packages of the "elite" -- mind you the company was almost driven into the ground by several teams of management.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

We're not sure how you're keeping things afloat - but I suppose the investors are still enamored with your technology... so kudos!
