    Pros

Great people and flexible working hours made the experience pretty nice. It's a great first internship for those entering their first summer after high school.

    Cons

Boring location and pretty repetitive work. Not a very dynamic or exciting work environment either.

    Advice to Management

Make sure that you coordinate between supervisors so that the responsibilities of interns are not being demanded from multiple departments.

    Pros

Some good dedicated people, friendly environment, nice area

    Cons

Management is inconsistent in setting priorities, constantly changing direction, good work is not recognized and rewarded, more of an old-boy network. No accountability, so there is no incentive to produce good work, the perfect atmosphere for slackers to flourish, but frustrating for others.

    Advice to Management

Think more long term when setting project priorities and be less reactionary. Create an atmosphere that instills confidence that the company is stable and planning for the future, not just putting out fires. Add incentives for managers to promote in order to develop talent internally. Track successes and failures by employee and include as part of annual review process.
