“A place to get settle after 6 years of exp. But, is worse for freshers.”
Current Employee – been working at Tesco full-time for more than a year
Pros – Flexible Timing.
Nice to work if got into DOTCOM.
Buisness going good with DOTCOM.
More onsite opportunities.
Cons – More Politics from the Lead level.
Outdated technologies in most of the team at HSC.
Hike low in most of the teams.
Not much technologies in Mainframes teams.
Advice to Senior Management – Should encourage lower level people to learn and work more. Should encourage members to participate in learning rather than locking them to work only on Excel Sheets. Should not try to hold good employees in the support teams when some other development manager is ready to intake.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
