Pros – - Enthusiastic employees
- New, potentially disruptive technology
- Cool, fast and sexy cars
- It's in California!
- Eccentric owner

Cons – - Inexperienced staff
- Horrible management (disoriented, ignorant, Nazi-style management)
- Low chances for career progression
- Volatile shares (you can end up with nothing)
- Becoming inefficient corporate establishment

Advice to Senior Management – Bring more knowledgeable people and reward them generously if you want to survive.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
