Pros – TDI puts a lot of focus and benefits towards its employees. Great benefits like education and certification reimbursements and bonuses.
Cons – Senior Management did not deal with problem employees promptly and took too much time replacing them. To little, too late.
Advice to Senior Management – Senior Management should deal with problem employees promptly and not take so much time replacing problem employees when the need arises.
