I have been working at Teva Neuroscience

Pros

Best Pharmaceutical Company to work by far. Worked for other "Big Pharma" companies and there is NO comparision. Teva is a big company but runs like a small one. Teva Listens to employees and makes changes upon requests. They do not micro-manage you. You are trusted to run your business as a Specialist. You are treated like a person and not a number. Great Work/Life balance.

Cons

Good, but not great, Benefits and Salaries compared to other Phamacutical Companies.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Larry Downing is incredible and truly cares about the people in his company.

    The only real satisfaction this company offers is the money. However, the money is excellent.

    Cons

    Teva has way too many incompetent managers that use micromanagement to control the sales representatives.

    Stop treating sales people like they are babies.
