Pros – interesting network, highly motivated people, taking risks is part of the company spirit and mistakes are accepted: all the ingredients are there to push people to "make it happen"

Cons – lack of interest for structured organisation, lack of experience of middle management (maybe somehow related to lower salaries that cannot attract experienced people)
